We are seeking a skilled Medical Officer to join our team at Bowral & District Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with clinical expertise and leadership skills to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, under appropriate supervision, in a complex clinical environment.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and medical requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve overall healthcare services.
- Hold MBBS or equivalent qualification and be registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Demonstrate minimum 24 months experience as a Medical Officer, with recent clinical ward experience.
- Possess excellent communication and computer skills, with ability to document accurate clinical records and provide clear information to peers and patients.
- Show ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage competing priorities in a complex setting.
- Join a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering safe and quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient safety and quality of care.
