">Job DescriptionThe role of Front Office Team Leader is a newly created opportunity to lead and support the reception team in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. As a key member of our fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be responsible for overseeing delivery of high-quality patient service, communication, and care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the reception team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient service, communication, and care
- Monitoring appointment scheduling, patient flow, and reporting on key front office KPIs
- Training and mentoring new and existing team members
- Acting as an escalation point for patient feedback
- Managing relevant practice records and registers
- Proactively identifying and resolving front office issues
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient-centred care
- Customer service leadership experience with a proven track record of success
- Proactivity, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise over various timeframes
- Demonstrable mentoring or training skills
- Confidence using a range of IT equipment and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, and dispute resolution
