The role of Front Office Team Leader is a newly created opportunity to lead and support the reception team in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. As a key member of our fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be responsible for overseeing delivery of high-quality patient service, communication, and care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the reception team to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient service, communication, and care
  • Monitoring appointment scheduling, patient flow, and reporting on key front office KPIs
  • Training and mentoring new and existing team members
  • Acting as an escalation point for patient feedback
  • Managing relevant practice records and registers
  • Proactively identifying and resolving front office issues
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient-centred care
  • Customer service leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • Proactivity, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise over various timeframes
  • Demonstrable mentoring or training skills
  • Confidence using a range of IT equipment and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, and dispute resolution
