Deputy Residential Manager Job Description
- This role is responsible for leading the care team and ensuring that residents receive high-quality personal and clinical care.
- You will be responsible for planning and directing the provision of care services, as well as mentoring and supporting the care team to achieve operational outcomes.
- This position requires effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing or Tertiary qualifications in Aged Care
- Experience in a relieving leadership/supervisory role
- Good interpersonal and written English communication skills
- Ability to play an active and positive role as part of the care team, providing quality care and support to frail aged people
- Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Facilities
