Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Digital Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contemporary approaches and driving operational transformation in digital technology and user environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with stakeholders to understand business goals and determine how they can be effectively supported;
- Supervise the operational services of the agency's Digital Technology Service Desk, including stakeholder support and routine maintenance tasks;
- Manage and administer hardware and software components of the Digital Technology user and enterprise environments;
- Maintain currency on new technologies and service management practices;
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and associated expenditure;
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of operational and technical maintenance reports;
- Make recommendations for improving controls and practices to reduce risks related to information security;
This role requires a highly developed service-oriented approach to digital service delivery, experience implementing digital technology solutions, and a proven record of developing positive relationships and leading change. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of ITIL and ISM frameworks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Capability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with staff and stakeholders;
- Proven experience supervising a small team and establishing priorities;
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of implementing, administering, and maintaining secure hardware and software components;
- Ability to maintain currency on new technologies and service management practices;
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of ITIL and ISM frameworks.
