Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal part in shaping the future of digital change and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed as-is and to-be business processes, system processes, and data flows to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies, inaccuracies, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement within existing processes, raising change requests or updating process artefacts as needed.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit business and system process steps while defining future state operating models and end-to-end processes.
- Develop clear and accurate business process models using BPMN standards through tools such as Visio or Signavio.
- Demonstrated experience as a Process Analyst within transformation programmes involving both as-is and to-be process design in complex enterprise settings.
- Strong understanding of finance, payroll or human capital management functions with hands-on experience in HR or finance/payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or ADP.
- A track record of facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed changes.
- Excellent analytical skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities when addressing process inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or HR systems alongside advanced skills in BPMN-based modelling tools. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
