Job Description

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of public sector customers by driving innovation and customer advocacy.

Working closely with customers, sales, and service teams, you will deliver technical solutions that solve complex technology problems and enable seamless cloud adoption.

With your expertise, organizations at all stages of their cloud journey will benefit from your guidance on value realization, enablement, and governance.

  • You will identify and accelerate customer realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices.
  • Helping customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and skills will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with organizations to guide them through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey.
  2. Identify and accelerate customer realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle.
