About the Role

As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their cloud transformation journey. Our goal is to provide premium, long-term professional services that align with our customers' technical transformation initiatives.

Our team consists of highly-skilled architects and engineers who have successfully navigated complex technical transformations in various enterprises. They possess the expertise to drive success from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic guidance on each step of the customer's cloud transformation journey as it relates to our product suite.
  2. Assist customers in aligning people, processes, and workflows with a Cloud Operating Model.
  3. Contribute towards building a multi-cloud adoption framework that meets customer needs.
  4. Articulate and redefine the cloud consumption model in relation to our workflows.
  5. Assist Enterprise CxOs in articulating the business value achieved in building the correct cloud consumption model.
  6. Help increase developer velocity while satisfying governance, risk & controls objectives.
  7. Communicate the business value of our product suite to customer executives.
  8. Articulate the technical functionality of our products to multiple audiences.
  9. Educate customer users on how our tools can enable and simplify adoption of the Cloud Operating Model.
  10. Coordinate various resources to assist with specific customer needs.
  11. Educate individual contributors on best practices regarding system administration, service administration, automation, and observability.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience designing and implementing technical systems and services.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps processes and automation.
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, application deployment, and security methodology.
  • Working proficiency with one or more of our product suite tools.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for shared services.
  • The ability to work well in group environments and independently.
  • A proven track record of assisting with or driving cloud transformation at one or more organizations.
  • Passion for thought leadership in areas including cloud operating models, organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers and their offerings, common technical platforms, and shared service management at scale.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively.
