Senior Transformation Specialist

This role requires a seasoned project leader to deliver complex technology transformations that drive operational efficiency, better customer experiences, and future scalability for the business.

About the Job
  • Lead the implementation of NetSuite Phase 2 and Cloud WMS rollout, managing timelines, scope, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate integrations between NetSuite, Cloud WMS, and related platforms (OMS, fulfilment, multi-store stock transfers).
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple functions, driving adoption through clear communication and change management.
  • Oversee vendor management with system integrators (e.g. Annexa, Celigo, Cloud Coders) to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Track and report progress to senior leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless system integrations, support business process improvement, and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver enterprise-wide technology transformations that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term scalability.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, leveraging expertise in ERP implementation, retail, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  3. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, frontline teams, and vendors, to ensure successful program delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation (NetSuite or equivalent), ideally with WMS/retail integrations.
  • Adept at managing vendor relationships, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Commercially minded and confident in balancing technical delivery with business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in business process analysis and improvement.
