About the role

As a key liaison between Sales Representatives and the shipment of goods, you will ensure a seamless customer journey from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, and providing timely updates on order status.

Additionally, you will support Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and ensuring all documentation is processed efficiently are also essential duties.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates on order status to customers.
  • Support Account Managers in preparing quotes and managing documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing, print, and packaging industry.

They should demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
