Job Opportunity: Senior Customer Service Role
\At our aquatic centre, we are seeking experienced customer service professionals to lead and support our team members in delivering exceptional service at reception and cafe counters.
\- Respond promptly to counter, phone, and cafe enquiries, ensuring accurate information and appropriate services are provided to all guests.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
- Provide precise information regarding services, operational hours, and general inquiries to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with management to schedule and manage times for hire groups effectively.
- Assist with a range of inquiries, complaints, and special needs to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
- Support program staff by providing relevant information to ensure smooth operation of programs and proper use of designated areas.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities for customer service officers to enhance their skills.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitised workstation to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
- Provide assistance during emergencies to ensure swift response.
The ideal candidate must hold or be willing to obtain required certificates, including Working with Children Check, Child Safe Environments Certificate, and Provide First Aid. They should also be adaptable to shifts throughout the year and demonstrate high energy, motivation, personable qualities, and a strong work ethic.
