We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers in an evolving industry sector. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Sales Team, preparing and processing tenders and proposals, managing sales orders, and implementing customer service strategies.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Sales Team members to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Prepare contract review documentation for approval by senior management
- Enter and administer sales Orders
- Monitor and report on delivery performance and order acknowledgments to customers
- Liaise directly with the Warehouse Manager and Production Manager on product delivery status
- Manage customer complaints with the Quality Manager and senior management as per our quality management system.
- Implement and manage the CRM business system
- Engage in telephone sales to both existing and new customers
- Assist in providing weekly/monthly sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a sales environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Publisher,
- Previous experience in SAP and ERP systems
- Strong publishing skills in social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook Business
