
Corporate Recruitment Strategist

This role is instrumental in devising and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will partner with the Marketing team to proactively generate a talent pipeline, coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, and provide guidance on recruitment matters.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing high-volume recruitment portfolios and demonstrated expertise in proactive recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective recruitment strategies to fill challenging roles

- Provide advice on recruitment matters and employment contracts
