Thriving multi-office business seeks ambitious sales executive to drive growth and expansion across the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

A competitive salary package, including a guaranteed 100% commission for the first 3 months (negotiable up to 6 months), is on offer to successful candidates.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and amenities. With a proactive approach to work and the drive to pursue leads and close deals independently, this individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities in the local area, leveraging current listings and networking to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market knowledge and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
  • Develop and maintain a database of contacts, staying in regular communication to nurture relationships and generate business opportunities
  • Assess the value of properties and secure listings for sale
  • Work closely with the Team Administrator to develop and execute advertising and marketing strategies
  • Schedule and conduct property inspections for potential buyers
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate the ability to list and sell a minimum of 2 properties per month
  • Possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market
  • Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License
