Commercial Portfolio Manager

An exciting career opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with internal teams and external service providers.


The Opportunity Summary

As a Commercial Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, presentation, and compliance of a commercial asset portfolio. This includes managing lease administration, rent collection, arrears management, and lease documentation. You will also coordinate inspections, WHS and building compliance, maintenance, repairs, and capex programs, as well as prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations while monitoring financial performance.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance and presentation of a commercial asset portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee lease administration, including rent collection, arrears management, and lease documentation.
  • Coordinate inspections, WHS and building compliance, maintenance, repairs, and capex programs, to ensure optimal property performance.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations, while monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Support strategic asset initiatives, including refurbishments, sustainability programs, and marketing campaigns, to enhance property value.
  • Implement and enhance systems, procedures, and service delivery standards, to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, leading engagement initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels and retention rates.
  • Deliver clear, timely financial and operational reporting to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improved performance.
