Pursue a challenging and rewarding career as an insurance professional. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored insurance solutions. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, providing general insurance advice across multiple lines, preparing and processing quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims, and liaising with underwriters to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in general insurance broking
- Strong product knowledge across Business Package, Contract Works, ISR, Liability, and more
- Excellent attention to detail and client-first mindset
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude — someone who takes initiative and delivers
