The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is a jurisdiction within the statutory authority, providing justice for Victorians in metropolitan and regional courts.
Court Support Services (CSS) delivers high-quality case management to clients with complex needs involved with the Court system. Our team works within the Court environment to support our clients, addressing issues contributing to their offending behaviours.
This role provides case management support to people on bail with complex needs participating in the CISP program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, strengths-based, and collaborative case management support.
- Engage with clients through assessment and treatment planning.
- Develop person-centered individual support plans.
- Ensure clear communication, documentation, information security, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in case management practice with forensic clients.
- Experience providing case management support.
- Knowledge of client engagement and assessment.
- Able to work with diversity and ensure services are family/person-centred.
