Job Opportunity: Disability Support Practitioner

  • Support individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and self-advocacy.\
  • Develop individualized support plans to promote client independence and self-advocacy.\
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.\
  • Transport clients safely and efficiently using wheelchair-accessible vehicles.\
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress to the team.\
  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive team environment.\\/ul>\

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required; passion for working with individuals with disabilities is essential.\
  • A current driver's license (P2 minimum) is necessary for transporting clients.\\/ul>\
