Job Description

This role involves working closely with our clients to identify their needs and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into sustainable employment. You will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into employment that leads to successful outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented in line with compliance requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people who are overcoming challenges;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver results-driven outcomes;
  • A passion for making a difference in people's lives and helping them achieve their goals;
  • And a current driver's license.
