Compassionate Care Professional

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide care, companionship, and emotional support to residents in our aged care home.
This role involves providing daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and with general mobility.
You will also assist with medication and simple wound dressings, as well as supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care - Assist residents with daily living tasks, including showering, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Administer Medication - Safely administer medication to residents as directed by medical staff.
- Support Social Activities - Engage residents in social activities, such as outings, games, and group conversations.
- A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly regarded, but not essential. However, you must have previous experience in aged or community care, or be willing to undergo training to meet our standards.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
