We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate professionals to join our team as we strive to deliver exceptional care to residents at our care home.

The role of a Registered Nurse is crucial in meeting residents' daily needs and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide total care of residents, including physical and emotional wellbeing and safety.
  • Apply safe practice measures in medication management and lead others to promote a harmonious team environment.
  • Support personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Act as a role model through adherence to clinical standards and provide leadership as needed.
About You
  • You must be able to think critically, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers.
  • Experience in the aged care sector is not required; attitude and aptitude are prioritized.
  • A positive team member who shows initiative and delivers quality work daily.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and AHPRA Registration with no restriction.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
