Home Care Support Worker Aged Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care services.
  • Assisting with transportation for clients and providing social support.
  • Working collaboratively with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements:

  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and own car.
  • 3+ months' industry experience in a paid aged care setting.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (Weekend availability is desirable).

Benefits:

  • Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts.
  • Hourly Rate: $32.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time.
