Compassionate Care Provider Wanted

We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Compassionate Care Providers.

About the Role:

  • Assist residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities.
  • Support residents with meals, engage them in chores and activities, and help them settle for restful sleep.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' behavior or physical condition, maintaining accurate documentation as required.
  • Provide compassionate support to residents and be part of a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert III or IV in aged care or individual support.
  • Recent experience working in residential aged care.
  • Current police check or willingness to undergo one.
  • Valid drivers' license and own vehicle.
  • 2020 flu vaccination evidence.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
