The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing Hotel Group, is now seeking applications for an experienced Retail Supervisor, with wine knowledge, to work in our new concept store located in Worongary.This full-time position requires the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekdays, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
The role will mostly be autonomous, with some teamwork.The store's hours of operation are 9am to 9pm, 7 days per week.
You will have 1 to 2 mid-afternoon finishes per week and 2 consecutive days off per week.Retail Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:Providing excellent customer service and advice when requiredEnsuring all shelves are fully stockedReceiving deliveries, completing invoicing and inventoryPerforming ID checks, cash handling, stock control, and reconciliationMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shopThe Essential Requirements:A passion for wineWine knowledge and sales experience is a mustConfident in recommending winesUnderstanding invoicing and inventory tasksExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly motivated personalityWell presentedOwn reliable transport and a current driver's license preferredCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol certification or ability to obtain prior to commencingHow to Apply:To apply for this position, please APPLY NOW with your resume and cover letter outlining your recent experience.Please Note:If successful at the interview stage, you will be contacted within one week of applying.
