Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:

Westview Electronics, a company with over 50 years of experience in electronics repairs, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and supporting daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and at the front desk.
  • Receiving and dispatching products, processing customer payments, and maintaining inventory of parts.
  • Managing general office records and supporting daily administrative tasks.
  • Working in a small team and contributing to an efficient office environment.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong organisational abilities, familiarity with office software, and the capability to handle packaging and unpacking of products.
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in a similar customer service or office admin role, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and work efficiently.
  • Eligibility: Must have full working rights in Australia.
