Job Overview

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO in their Sydney office. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join a powerhouse sales and leasing team.

About the Role

This role requires you to be the 'glue' of the unit, managing the agent's diary and appointments, providing administrative support throughout the sales process, and handling inquiries from vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • The ability to manage a high-volume workload
  • Proficiency in both independent work and collaborative teamwork
Benefits

This is a Monday to Friday position with a competitive salary, estimated around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
