Job Title: Lead Digital Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Product Designer to join our digital design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing new features for our website, including setting up analytics and presenting results to inform refinements and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have creative vision, an aesthetic eye, and the ability to use data-driven insights to innovate on their work. They will be responsible for holistic redesign of existing areas of the site, ensuring seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will have 4-5 years experience in web-design platforms (e.g. Figma/Zeplin), with a strong background in designing for ecommerce websites and awareness of ecommerce concerns. They will also possess proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop for graphic design and be able to think through edge cases and pre-emptively design for cases like form feedback, errors, and interaction.
