This role is responsible for building strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and our company. The successful candidate will be accountable for a portfolio of broker groups and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Inducting new brokers into our business, focusing on our award-winning software, Mercury Nexus.
  • Providing ongoing support and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of each broker's business and identifying opportunities to enhance their success through our products and services.
  • Facilitating events, attending meetings, and hosting workshops as required.
  • Maintaining high levels of engagement and broker retention.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you should be an exceptional communicator and customer support professional who prides themselves on exceeding expectations and providing solutions that drive business growth. You will also possess:

  • A proven track record in relationship development and delivering sales outcomes.
  • 3-5 years of experience within the mortgage broking, third-party banking, or finance industry.
