Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in tourism, destination management, or business development.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with key partners.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Industry Engagement & Support – Building strong relationships with tourism operators and stakeholders.
  • Training & Development – Organizing workshops and mentoring initiatives to strengthen industry capability.
  • Tourism Advocacy & Strategy – Providing insights to Destination NSW and supporting marketing strategies that promote our region's unique experiences.
  • Project Management – Overseeing industry development projects and ensuring key outcomes are met.
