Enterprise Development Director Position Summary:

This is a dynamic and evolving position where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team in delivering strategic initiatives, embedding with business areas to solve complex problems, improve governance, and ensure sustainable growth.

  • Lead and facilitate delivery across a prioritized backlog, ensuring outcomes are achieved each quarter.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities and embedding change into Business As Usual.
  • Support the team through ceremonies, quarterly planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Enable teams to uplift governance practices, improve quality, metadata, and reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years' experience in leadership roles, ideally in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong background in organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience uplifting governance practices.
  • Delivery expertise (Scrum Master certification desirable).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
