Key Responsibilities
  1. Creator Relationship Management

Identify and develop relationships with key content creators whose organic reach can add value to our business in the Active Lifestyle industry. Develop unique and mutually beneficial projects that build everyday relevance and overall awareness of Red Bull to creator channels and their audiences.

Marketing Initiative Development

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sports, Brand, and Field Marketing to develop creator marketing initiatives across the calendar year. Integrate into existing projects and develop new concepts in Active Lifestyle. Proactively identify ways to present product messages in a sharable way, supporting other functions in the business to do the same.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Regularly monitor and report on the performance of creator marketing initiatives, ensuring key business objectives are being met. Actively report and present learnings and successes to different business stakeholders, focusing on product trust and ROI.

Network Expansion and Relationship Building

Proactively seize opportunities to widen our existing network outside of the Active Lifestyle field and build relationships with key creators who align with Red Bull values. Help to widen the understanding of Red Bull products, their functions, usage, and benefits through credible communication and tools.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a few years' experience in working with social media influencers or other high-profile talent or athletes.
  • Preferably, relevant tertiary education and experience within the FMCG or Media industries.
  • Travel 40-50%.
