- Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored plans to address these needs.

- Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist, with a strong focus on rehabilitation expertise.
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA, demonstrating commitment to professional development and industry standards.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, ensuring ability to travel to client sites and conduct home visits when required.
