Rehabilitation Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in providing expert services across workplace health, injury management, and safety. The successful candidate will perform a variety of assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and provide expert advice to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
  • Work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work
  • Clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
