About the Role:- Provide operational direction to management and teams on rehabilitation services.
- Assess participant needs and provide expert advice on rehabilitation options.
- Monitor rehabilitation services with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality and participant independence.
- Lead team members in decision-making with technical guidance, coaching, and peer supervision.
