Rehabilitation Consultant

As a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting positive safety culture in Australian workplaces. Our client is a leading national rehabilitation and safety company with over 20 years of experience, offering comprehensive services in Rehab, Wellbeing, and Safety to thousands of Australian businesses and workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
