
Disability Sector Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering campaigns that increase brand visibility and referral opportunities within the NDIS ecosystem.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare or disability services. They will also possess a deep appreciation for the importance of trust and clarity in professional stakeholder communications, as well as strong organisational skills and excellent writing abilities.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns to grow brand awareness and strengthen referral relationships with key stakeholders.
- Generate and nurture leads from referral partners, focusing on building trust and long-term engagement.
- Design tailored content that meets the needs of Support Coordinators, providers, and other B2B stakeholders.
- Collaborate on sales enablement tools, including brochures, digital assets, and partner toolkits.
- Support sector events, expos, and webinars to promote our services and build industry relationships.
- Manage paid and organic B2B digital marketing activity, tracking and reporting on performance.
