Transform Lives as a Disability Sector Specialist

We're on the cusp of exciting growth, and we need your expertise to propel us forward.

In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the disability sector, welcoming customers into our services and driving business expansion. Your mission will be to:

  • Support our growth team in identifying new opportunities and growing our customer base;
  • Collaborate with Community Engagement Managers to develop strategic referral networks and drive participant acquisition;
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to build connections and stay informed about industry trends;
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including planning outreach initiatives and coordinating with internal teams;
  • Liaise with the delivery team to ensure seamless handovers of new participant information, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
