Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role focuses on relationship management, vacancy management, business development, and administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders including property providers, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and government bodies.
    • Act as the main point of contact between potential clients/their families and InLife's client service team.
    • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across internal teams.
    • Represent InLife at community events.
  • Vacancy Management:
    • Work with InLife's Property Manager to manage the vacancy database.
    • Collaborate with Client Service teams to allocate ideal tenants for existing vacancies.
    • Assign clients for vacancies with the Client Service Managers.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop strategies to engage with key external stakeholders.
    • Support Client Service teams in engaging with clients about available vacancies.
  • Administration:
    • Oversee day-to-day management of the vacancy database and enquiries mailbox.
    • Ensure property information is updated regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in Disability Sector: A keen understanding of various housing types for individuals with disabilities is essential.
  • Property Vacancy Management Experience: Experience in property management is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Engaging with stakeholders professionally and personally.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using technology to streamline processes.
  • PASSION FOR ADVOCACY: A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
