We're always striving for excellence and innovation. We need a skilled Strategic Change Manager to join our Enterprise Delivery Change Management team.
In this role, you will create and execute change management strategies to support our stakeholders during ongoing transformations. You'll also provide coaching and guidance to various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of smaller changes.
This position requires supporting the Infrastructure Platform in providing strategic communications and internal/external change to result in technical and behavioural change as well as the implementation of new capabilities, systems, and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional influencing skills combined with excellent stakeholder engagement (especially senior stakeholders) and coaching skills to ensure changes are embedded within impacted teams.

Main Responsibilities:
- Hands-on coaching and ongoing support for project and business SMEs within Agile squads to ensure the successful delivery of change activities and artefacts
- Utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning and communications plans
- Design, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.)
- Ensure learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps that are identified
- Be hands on with the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables
- Providing communications to key stakeholders to drive a clear narrative across all aspects of delivery, linking activity to strategic and customer outcomes
About You:
- 5+ years experience in project and people engagement related change management - Mandatory; experience with Agile
- A demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale transformations or technology projects is highly desirable
- Experience coaching senior stakeholders/executives combined with strong influencing skills
- Experience in understanding how changes impact an end-to-end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable
- Confident in your ability to work autonomously with a strong understanding of what Change activities are required through each stage of a project
- Experience working closely with Technology teams with the ability to understand technical concepts, and translate into easily understood business language
