Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Risk Specialist to manage and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align transformation demands with operational risk expectations.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with other Risk Managers, utilising evolving risk in change management practices, and work within our Risk Management Framework.
Requirements
  • Subject matter expertise in risk management practices, coaching, training, and guidance to support transformation programs.
  • Alignment of business operations and risk management practices to frameworks, policies, standards, risk strategy, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to uplift capability and identify and enable more efficient and effective risk practices.
