Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in supporting the Contract Management and Technical Support team.
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and delivery of Maintenance Contracts. Your duties will include preparing client reports for Contract Management approval, ensuring contract deliverables are administered efficiently and effectively, and maintaining accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. You should also have a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Contract Management and Technical Support team with the management and delivery of Maintenance Contracts.
- Prepare client reports for Contract Management approval.
- Ensure contract deliverables are administered efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Management team.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Create Warranty Contracts in accordance with company procedures.
- Gather information from subcontractors and suppliers as directed by the Contract Management team.
- Support in the preparation of Proposals and Presentations.
- Assist in maintaining a list of accredited suppliers, insurance certificates, and contact details.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar administration roles.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience working with Microsoft Suite.
- Intermediate/Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active, organized, and adaptable.
