Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside experienced professionals to provide accurate valuations and financial reports.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of investment properties, with a focus on residential development, retail, commercial and industrial properties.
  • Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attend client meetings and seminars, and participate in training and mentoring programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**What We're Looking For**

  • Completed or nearing completion of tertiary qualifications in a property-related field.
  • A passion for the property industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
