Residential Valuation Professional

 

As a Residential Valuation Professional, you will be responsible for conducting residential property valuations and surveys. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in valuation services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct loan security valuations for standard residential, buy-to-let, HMO, bridging, light refurb, and multi-unit properties.
  • Perform valuations for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial, and Housing Associations.
  • Deliver RICS Level 2 Home Surveys as required.

 

Performance Expectations:

We expect you to deliver high-quality work within the following timeframes:

  • High street lender valuations reported same day.
  • Specialist lender and private client reports completed within 24 hours.
  • RICS Level 2 Surveys delivered within 4 days.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS (with VRS essential).
  • Minimum 1 year PQE in residential valuation.
  • Strong IT skills and experience using software for site notes and reporting.
  • A proven track record of producing quality valuation work.
