We are seeking a Property Valuer who wants to make a difference by contributing their skills and expertise to various projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with valuation assignments for stabilised property, development projects, and specialised assets
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling support on various projects and transactions
  • Support major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation and transaction strategies
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis, and contribute to thought leadership papers
  • Work on innovative housing models, such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Support Project Managers on complex business cases and buildings

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • An understanding of core property valuation principles, value drivers, and methodologies
  • Experience or qualifications in Property Valuation, aiming for professional accreditation like CPV or RICS
