We are seeking an Assistant Valuer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Valuation and Advisory team, you will gain valuable experience and mentorship from our leading specialists.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality and timely valuation reports under supervision
  • Attending client functions to interact with clients and gain market knowledge
  • Assisting in the preparation of quotations for valuations
  • Updating databases for valuation purposes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications enabling membership to API
  • The ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to add value to the team
  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A valid driver's licence
