Job Overview

The Workplace Services Coordinator is a key role within our Perth Workplace team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This includes coordinating resources, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage various platforms used to provide high-level services, including locker management, contractor management, and wayfinding.
  • Ensure the integrity of access control and CCTV systems, including management of security passes for staff and contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face at the Workplace Concierge Desk.
  • Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and process invoices.
  • Coordinate and schedule planned preventative maintenance and ad-hoc works.
  • Maintain KPMG's cleaning standards across the base build and tenant cleaning scope.
  • Play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by conducting OH&S inspections and coordinating emergency response teams.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Hospitality and Digital Collaboration teams to provide an exceptional experience for clients.
  • Collect, sort, and deliver incoming mail and courier items.
  • Assist with digital printing jobs requested by the business.
  • Ensure operational requests from customers are actioned efficiently.

Requirements
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial facilities management (soft services).
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience in professional services will be highly advantageous.
