Marketing Performance Strategist for Healthcare Digital Transformation

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Marketing Performance Strategist to join our team at Eucalyptus, a leading digital healthcare company. In this role, you'll leverage performance data, market trends, and competitor insights to create compelling content across all channels, with a focus on digital channels such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

You'll lead the creative process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring assets are engaging and aligned with channel best practice. Additionally, you'll drive A/B testing and creative iteration to ensure a continuous learning approach.

As a key member of our team, you'll regularly monitor ad performance and provide actionable insights to guide future creative. You'll also collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality work that grows the brand.

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with 5–7 years of experience in copywriting or similar roles, preferably with in-house experience. You should be passionate about creative trends and new platforms, combining ideas with data to deliver effective marketing.

A strong track record in performance creative, producing successful ads and UGC, is essential. Strong direct-response copywriting skills and video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Capcut) are also desirable.
