Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our national Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis.

This role will see you work closely with hiring managers across various teams to understand their staffing needs and take ownership of the recruitment process, while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offers and pre-employment checks
  • Develop a deep understanding of our employer value proposition and employee benefits to effectively communicate our point of difference with potential candidates
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team and senior stakeholders to understand changing business needs and identify talent requirements
  • Provide exceptional candidate care to manage engagement with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with large corporate experience highly regarded
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive own outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pools
  • Proven influencing and stakeholder management exposure
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Sense of humour - we enjoy our work and keep things in perspective
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems, with Workday Recruitment experience highly regarded but not essential
