Recruitment Leader
This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process, ensure team performance, and drive workforce planning strategies to meet organisational hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and be able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals
- Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to team members
- Ensure team adherence to recruitment policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to assess team performance and effectiveness
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. They will also develop and implement strategies to attract top talent across various job levels.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have demonstrable leadership capability, excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset. They will be solutions-focused and adept at problem-solving with proven stakeholder management experience.
