Are you ready to take the lead in driving the continued success of a high potential, and successful team? Troocoo is seeking a General Manager or experienced Director – Technology, Data & Transformation to join the organisation. A pivotal senior leadership role that oversees the strategic direction and operational excellence of the division.

The GM plays a key role in ensuring the technology, data & transformation team supports Troocoo's mission and strategic objectives as an organisation.

About the Role :

As General Manager – Technology, Data & Transformation, you will report directly to the Executive General Manager - QLD, contributing to strategic direction, cultural leadership, and organisational success.

Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic sales leadership of an established, values-driven and high performing team.
• Leveraging existing personal and Troocoo client relationships to drive team performance.
• Crafting and implementing divisional strategies aligned with Troocoo's overarching goals.
• Driving operational efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Managing the Technology P&L to achieve Gross Margin and Profit targets.
• Providing insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive General Manager - QLD
• Utilising HR Tech tools and data insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
• Representing Troocoo at industry events and sponsorship opportunities.
• Championing Troocoo's values: People First, Dig In, Authentic, and One Step
  
  

About you:

• Demonstrate strategic and operational expertise across a Technology recruitment practice.
• Manage financial performance with strong P&L acumen.
• Leverage existing client relationships to drive revenue generation.
• Drive sales performance as a subject matter expert with recognised industry expert knowledge.
• Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Build trust through exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Navigate governance, compliance, and risk frameworks with ease.
• Foster an enterprise-first approach with a collaborative mindset.
