About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys a dynamic recruitment role. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing underground mining personnel, as well as managing administration tasks. With your ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, you will ensure that our sites receive top-notch recruitment services. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver excellent stakeholder engagement, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the business.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in Maintenance or Mining and Metals industries
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced blue-collar environment
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced 360 recruitment role including advertising, interviewing, background checks, and mobilization
